block shop is a los angeles-based textile brand and design studio founded by artist sisters hopie and lily stockman. the pair started with a small collection of scarves in 2013 made in jaipur, india, with the goal of supporting and celebrating the indian hand block printing tradition. they quickly amassed a cult following for their iconic bauhaus-inspired designs and transparent production process, and have since grown into an international lifestyle brand with limited edition collections of scarves, pillows, kantha quilts, hand-woven dhurries, and woodblock prints on hand-made paper.
