Return Policy:
You may return an item within 15 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased.
Please do not return items purchased online to an Erica Tanov store location. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS or certified US mail to:

We are happy to gift wrap for an added charge of $5.00. Click on gift to see an idea of how your gift will be wrapped.

Shipping:
We will ship your order via UPS or you can choose to pick the order up at our Berkeley store. We make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 days of receiving it.
You can select how fast you would like to receive your order at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order.
For in-store pick up, the location is the Erica Tanov store at 1827 Fourth Street in Berkeley 510.849.3331. A sales associate will contact you when your order is ready.
Out of stock items:
On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order. |
